After earning his MBA in 2005, Gabe Weinert began working for TVP
Asset, Inc., an affiliate of Lehman Brothers, as an Acquisitions/Asset Manager.
TVP Asset is an opportunity fund with over $600 MM of equity and $4 B of AUM.
These dealings effectively prepared Gabe Weinert when he began working for
Emigrant Bank in 2007. As a Risk Manager, he restructured mortgages and managed
debt investments. These loans ranged from $150 million to $330
million.
In 2010, Gabe Weinert began his current job as a Senior Vice
President for The Carlton Group, Ltd. There, he structures equity investments,
underwrites whole loan sales for various financial institutions, and generates
opportunistic equity acquisitions in real estate and alternative energy sectors.
